Nice apartment, the rooms were functional. The location was favourable, close to even busier Sunday Street market, the many intricately designed local temples and other historical sites and other historical sites. Our trip was very lovely; didn't feel like leaving.

No room for improvement.

Comfortable and spacious room with a large bed, microwave, air conditioner, and work desk. The private bathroom was quite clean. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and we even got to meet the host. The location was peaceful, away from the hustle and bustle of the main road in a residential area. 🌳

It had perfect location and rooms, that's what I was expecting. The beds here were comfy. Small balcony for further relaxation...

We had an ABSOLUTELY AMAZING stay in Chiang Mai so close to airport and the Kad Manee market and restaurants. It had great price considering location and food that were provided. Situated in the best possible spot.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The value for my money was excellent and the room was clean and comfortable. The location was convenient, with a supermarket and 7-11 nearby. The staff and owners were incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome throughout my stay.

For breakfast, it would be great if they could offer a wider variety of options.

Extremely pleasant stay, friendly owner and staff, close proximity to parks, shopping malls, restaurants.

For us it was ideal.

Friendly host, helpful with tourist information. Close to old city, 20-minute walk. Facilities include microwave and refrigerator, even brought own cooker. Birds and stars add to the experience. Cool to live alone. 👍

For the price we paid, the room at Ban Pongphan was incredible value. It was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed, including a large fridge, comfy bed, and hot water. The location was perfect, close to the airport, a great night market, and we could easily rent a motorbike to explore the city. The couple who runs the hostel were super kind, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay.

Breakfast items could have been more varied.

Friendly staff and host who made us feel right at home. The room we got for the price was spacious and came with a decent fridge, utensils, and a microwave. We felt like we were part of their family during our stay. 🌟

Close to Saturday and Sunday street markets, Buak Hard Public Park, and local temples. Friendly and helpful hosts with unexpected treats. Excellent amenities including kitchen facilities and rental options.

The owner and staff were so welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home. The location is perfect, being close to parks, malls, markets, and restaurants. All amenities were well taken care of, and the owner was always available to fulfill any requests. The check-in and check-out process was quick and efficient. Can't wait to stay here again!

We got great value for our money with a comfortable room and helpful staff at Ban Pongphan. The location was amazing, near a night market and other shops, and the staff treated us like family.
